Shipping & Return Policy
- Please expect 3-5 business days for an order to be shipped.
- We are not responsible for lost packges through the mail. We do not have any control over the timeliness and accuracy of the shipping company in your area. To insure the safe arrival of your package, it is highly recommended that you choose a shipping option that includes package tracking. You accept the risk of a lost package by choosing a shipping option without tracking.
- All items shipped from the AeroQuad store shall be done through FedEx (domestic), UPS (domestic) or the United States Post Office (domestic and international)
- For customers ordering internationally outside the United States, you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. Please note we are unable to list a false order value on customs paperwork.
- To determine if we ship to your location outside of the United States, go to the checkout page and check to see if your country is listed as a destination.
Due to the intended usage of the items sold at this site, we are only able to accept returns if no modification has been made to the items purchased. This includes any sort of additional soldering to the devices that alters it's original state/configuration as delivered to the end user.
You can return unmodified items you have ordered from us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit. The costs of returning goods to us shall be assumed by you.
To begin the return process, please reply to your order email and notify us of the item(s) you wish to return. Once it is received and verified to be in an unmodified condition, we will give you a full refund of the returned item(s) or provide store credit upon request.
